The Age Calculator works out your exact age in years, months and days from a date of birth and an optional "as of" date, then goes further: total days, weeks, hours and minutes lived, the weekday you were born on, and a live countdown to your next birthday. It handles month lengths and leap years correctly, so "31 days in January" never skews the result.
Example
Born Apr 15, 1990 — measured today…
↓
36 years · 13,000+ days lived · next birthday countdown included.

Body Mass Index divides your weight by your height squared. The calculator accepts metric (kg · cm) or imperial (lb · ft/in), returns your category — underweight, healthy, overweight or obese — and the healthy weight range for your exact height, so you can see not just the label but the target.
Example
70 kg at 175 cm…
↓
BMI 22.9 — Healthy · healthy range for 175 cm: 56.7–76.3 kg.

Basal Metabolic Rate is the energy your body burns at complete rest — just to breathe, circulate blood and keep you warm. This tool uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, the formula most dietitians consider the most accurate, and cross-checks it against the classic Harris-Benedict equation so you can see both estimates side by side.
Example
Male, 30 y, 175 cm, 70 kg…
↓
1,649 kcal/day at complete rest — before a single step is taken.

Estimates body fat percentage with the U.S. Navy circumference method — the same tape-measure technique used in military fitness testing. Enter neck and waist (plus hip for women) and it returns your percentage, your category, and the split between fat mass and lean mass in kilograms.
Example
Male · height 175 cm · neck 38 cm · waist 85 cm…
↓
≈ 17% body fat — Fit · lean mass ≈ 58 kg of the 70.

Computes a daily hydration target from your body weight — 35 ml per kg as the baseline — then adds 350 ml for every 30 minutes of exercise. The result is shown in litres, in 250 ml glasses and in 500 ml bottles, so "drink more water" finally becomes a countable number.
Example
70 kg · 30 minutes of exercise per day…
↓
2.8 L/day — 2,450 ml baseline + 350 ml exercise bonus ≈ 11 glasses.

Multiplies your BMR by an activity factor — from sedentary (×1.2) to athlete (×1.9) — to find the number of calories that keep your weight exactly where it is. From there it derives gentle and steady loss targets, gain targets, and daily protein and carbohydrate grams for a balanced 30/40 split.
Example
Male, 30 y, 175 cm, 70 kg · moderate activity (×1.55)…
↓
2,556 kcal maintenance · steady loss at 2,056 kcal · protein ≈ 192 g.

From the first day of your last menstrual period and your cycle length, it computes gestational age in weeks and days, the current trimester, the estimated due date and the estimated conception date, plus a live progress percentage across the full 40-week timeline. Cycle lengths other than 28 days shift the due date accordingly.
Example
LMP 70 days ago · 28-day cycle…
↓
10 w 0 d · first trimester · 25% of the timeline complete.

Ovulation happens about 14 days before the next period, whatever your cycle length. This tool counts back from your projected next period to find the ovulation day, then marks the six-day fertile window (five days before plus the day after) and tells you which cycle day you're on right now.
Example
LMP 10 days ago · 28-day cycle…
↓
Ovulation on day 14 — fertile window days 9–15 · currently cycle day 11.

Estimates your delivery date by Naegele's rule — 280 days after the last menstrual period — or, if you know it, from the conception date (+266 days) or an IVF transfer date (day-3: +263, day-5: +261). It also works backwards from the due date to give the equivalent LMP and current gestational age.
Example
LMP on Apr 15…
↓
Due Jan 20 — exactly 280 days later, with gestational age today.

Formulas used · BMI = kg ÷ m² · BMR = Mifflin-St Jeor · body fat = U.S. Navy circumference method · due date = Naegele (LMP + 280 d, cycle-adjusted) · ovulation = next period − 14 d · water = 35 ml/kg + 350 ml per 30 min exercise · calories = BMR × activity factor · estimates only — not medical advice

( 02 )
Which formulas do these calculators use?
BMI uses weight ÷ height². BMR uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation (10×weight + 6.25×height − 5×age, ±5/−161 by sex). Body fat uses the U.S. Navy circumference method. Due dates use Naegele's rule (LMP + 280 days, adjusted for cycle length). Water intake uses 35 ml per kg plus 350 ml per 30 minutes of exercise. Every formula is shown in the rules box above the footer.
Can I use these results for medical decisions?
No. Every number on this page is a population-level estimate meant for general guidance and education. The tools do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and they can't account for your personal medical history. Always consult a qualified doctor, midwife or dietitian for personal health decisions.
Is the data I enter saved anywhere?
No. IrisTool has no backend and no database. All calculations run inside your browser tab and disappear the moment you close or refresh the page. Your weight, dates and measurements are never transmitted, stored or logged.
How is the due date calculated?
By Naegele's rule: 280 days are added to the first day of your last menstrual period, adjusted by the difference between your cycle length and the standard 28 days. If you know the conception date or the IVF transfer date, those methods are supported too — conception adds 266 days, a day-3 transfer adds 263 and a day-5 transfer adds 261.
Can I use these calculators offline?
Yes. Once the page has loaded, every calculator keeps working offline, because all the math runs locally in your browser — there is no server round-trip to fail.
