Text Generators.

Five machines for making text out of nothing — classical lorem ipsum, random words, random letters, paragraphs and sentences. Set the dials, pull the lever, and fresh copy rolls out of the tray, decoded live before your eyes. Every run is computed in your tab. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored.

The classic placeholder, on tap since the 1500s. It draws from the traditional lorem corpus — scrambled Cicero, Latin-flavoured and meaning-free — by the paragraph, sentence or word. Leave the opener on and every run begins with the familiar "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet…", exactly the way printers' specimens have for five centuries.

Example

3 paragraphs · classic opener · pull №1

"Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit, sed do eiusmod tempor incididunt…" — followed by two more blocks of rhythm, zero content.

Deals real English words from a built-in bank of common nouns and verbs — never gibberish — with min and max length dials to shape the draw. Ask for twenty words between three and nine letters and you'll get a fresh, speakable list on every pull.

Example

20 words · length 3–9

"lantern river pocket ember compass velvet harbor quilt meadow…" — real words, random order, new every time.

Pure uniform chance, one character at a time. Pick the case — lower, UPPER or a mixed draw — and optionally fold digits 0–9 into the pool. Up to 2,000 characters per pull, ideal whenever you need raw string material with no linguistic structure at all.

Example

24 letters · mixed case · digits off

"xKqPmWvTzRbNcDfGhJsLwEyM" — every letter an independent coin-flip.

Builds blocks of prose with natural rhythm: you set the number of paragraphs and the sentences inside each one, and the machine assembles them from randomized sentence shapes. The result reads like an article draft — perfect for testing how a layout carries real textual weight.

Example

2 paragraphs × 5 sentences

two prose blocks, blank line between — long enough to test a column, short enough to eyeball.

Produces lines that are shaped like sentences: a capital letter up front, a word count inside your chosen range, and a terminal mark at the end — a period most of the time, an occasional question or exclamation for texture. Not deep, but convincingly prose-like.

Example

8 sentences · 6–14 words

"The velvet lantern crossed the quiet meadow." — and seven more like it, none of them the same twice.

Generation rules · lorem draws from the classic corpus, cycled at random, classic opener optional · words come from a built-in bank of common English, filtered by your length dials · letters are uniform chance, case by your choice, digits optional · sentences = capital + word range + terminal mark (85% statements, 10% questions, 5% exclamations) · every pull is independent — nothing is remembered, nothing is stored

The privacy promise

Generate anything. None of it ever leaves the room.

This page has no backend and no database. Every word you just watched roll out of the tray was assembled by JavaScript inside your own browser tab — nothing traveled a single centimeter of cable. Close the page and the whole run is gone for good.

Questions

Asked often, answered plainly.

( 02 )
Is lorem ipsum real Latin?

Sort of. It's scrambled and truncated Latin from Cicero's "De finibus bonorum et malorum" (45 BC), passed through sixteenth-century type specimen books. It reads like Latin but means almost nothing — which is exactly why it works as filler: the eye sees rhythm and word shapes, not content.

Are the random words real words?

Yes — they're drawn from a built-in bank of common English words, and the min/max length dials filter that pool before every draw. Random letters, on the other hand, are pure uniform chance: one character at a time, with no linguistic structure behind them.

Can I use the generated text freely?

Yes. The output is produced entirely in your browser and is yours to use for anything — mockups, drafts, test data, print layouts, datasets. No attribution is needed, and because nothing is logged, there's no paper trail either.

Is anything saved or uploaded?

No. IrisTool has no backend and no database. Every run is computed inside your browser tab and disappears the moment you close or refresh the page. There is nothing to leak, because nothing is ever collected.

Can I use these generators offline?

Yes. Once the page has loaded, every generator keeps working offline — the word bank, the lorem corpus and all the logic run locally in your browser.
